Yummy pumpkins

We have recently opened our pumpkins to discover what was inside. The students were encouraged to help us scoop out the pulp. It was great to hear what they thought of it: it was gooey, it was slippery, it was mushy, it was slimy.

We separated some of the seeds and we baked them. Wow, what a treat! For the most part, they loved them!
If you are interested, I baked them at 300 degrees for 40 minutes with a touch of butter and salt. It is an easy, nutritioustasty snack.
We then had a quick discussion about who liked them, and we graphed our results!
