“Look, two are hatching”
We are looking forward to taking them outside, being able to pick them up, and taking them for their first swim!

It’s hatching day!
Well, much to our surprise, we spotted the first “pip” in the duck eggs last Friday! A pip is the mark they make as they puncture the egg from the inside. Thus, I decided to take the incubator home for the weekend. Our first little friend arrived Saturday night and another one on Sunday afternoon. Since then, 6 more have hatched!
