Better late than never!

We set 9 duck eggs 4 weeks ago in the incubator so that they were going to hatch Tuesday June 7. During the 4 weeks, there were some unexpected fluctuations in the temperature in the incubator and the automatic turner malfunctuned. So, I wasn't holding out much hope for a successful hatch. Much to our surprise, two hatched late Thursday night, one hatched Friday night, and another Sunday afternoon. The students will be so excited to meet our new furry friends Monday morning! I am so disappointed that the students didn't get a chance to see them hatching.
