The red class’s vet clinic

The red class began setting up and playing in an area that is set up as a vet clinic. 

We set it up so that people come in with their pets, wait in the waiting area.

Then they register their pets, which includes weighing, measuring and taking and recording their temperature.

The vet then sees the animal and administers some sort of treatment.

This has been a great opportunity to complete some real life, purposeful writing, and specifically recognizing and recording numbers.
