The junior kindergartens got to go out for a walk this week and focus on colours that they find in nature. On the first walk, each student was given a leaf card with a clothespin, and asked to find a leaf of a similar colour.
On our next trip out, the focus was to find a variety of colours within nature. Each student was given two different “rainbow chips” (paint chips) and their task was to find the matching colour while on our walk.
